Most orders ship same or next day of order, but can possibly be 2-3 days. If there is a delay beyond 3 days we will contact you to let you know.
We offer 2 shipping options:
UPS Ground for $5.99 – this method is preferred as it is more reliable regarding ship times. We only ship via Ground methods in order to conform to shipping restrictions of Lithium Metal cells.
USPS First Class for $2.99 – less cost, but this method will have occasionally long delays due to USPS issues, but always does arrive. BBR is not responsible for USPS ship times under 30 days from ship date. If the item is still not delivered after 30 days we will refund or replace as long as the shipping address was correct.
Shipping to HI and AK will incur additional costs.
*Please note we cannot ship express – Lithium Metal batteries can only be shipped via a Ground method.
Defective: if your unit does not pass a self test after installation but will pass with your old batteries there may be a problem with the new packs. Contact us and we will send a return shipping label and information regarding refund or exchange.
Wrong part sent: if we accidently send the wrong part number vs what you ordered. Contact us and we will send a return shipping label and information regarding refund or exchange.
Incorrect/Accidental order by customer: if you ordered the wrong part number by accident you can return them to us within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept older returns as we must keep our inventory expiration dates consistent and as long as possible. Send your wrong part number batteries, via a Ground method (USPS 1st Class or Parcel Post; UPS Ground, etc) to:
